Originally developed through her own personal transformation journey, research and four years on the board at the largest interview podcasts in Northern Europe, working close with athletes, entrepreneurs and artists, the framework has evolved into a design led system used within hospitality, community environments and organizations seeking more intentional approaches to focus, wellbeing and conscious leadership.
Her work brings together behavioural science, storytelling, practical practices and curated experiences to create meaningful shifts that continue long after the session.
