WHY
Members come for results.
They stay for who they become.
A member leaves a session feeling transformed. Then daily life, screens and old patterns take over, visits drop and the result fades. The question for every wellness club today is how to help members use the club, keep their protocols at home and become the kind of person for whom these habits are natural.

"The structured prompts help me gain clarity on my goals and priorities, while the reflective exercises have deepened my self-awareness. It's become an essential tool for my personal development journey."
"What impressed me most is how this journal bridges the gap between intention and action."

The founder behind the formula.
Ida Carleborn is the founder of DailyGarboos and the creator of The Algorithms of Life, a philosophy and 66-day formula for transformation built around intention, identity and integration. Her work sits where personal development meets self-leadership, grounded in neuroscience, behavior change and wellbeing, and centers on the move from inspired to integrated: from knowing what we need to do to actually doing it.
The seed of The Algorithms of Life was planted in 2014, when Ida was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disease, at the age of 21. Through a profound change of lifestyle and a long-term focus on nutrition, stress, mindset and daily behavior, she became symptom-free, which made her an early pioneer in wellbeing long before the field had the place it has today.
As the first employee, COO and part of the management team at Framgångspodden, the largest interview podcast in the Nordics, she brought guests such as David A. Sinclair, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Jay Shetty and Wim Hof to its listeners. Working closely with leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes and artists, she saw that being successful and being joyful do not always go hand in hand, and recognized what those who had both had in common. It came back to the same tools she had lived by since she was 21, and that became the catalyst for The Algorithms of Life.
Today The Algorithms of Life is part of in-room experiences and elevated guest journeys in luxury hospitality, at the spa at Grand Hôtel Stockholm, Four Seasons and Hotel Diplomat. It supports corporate wellbeing and is used in retreats led by Brooke Burke, Kim Strother and Jessie De Lowe, and in workshops with clients such as Soho House, The Ned Nomad and Godmothers Bookstore.
Ida holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Economics with a focus on organization and leadership, and was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year by Bokio in 2026.

FAQ
Questions from wellness clubs, longevity clinics and members clubs.
What is The Algorithms of Life for wellness clubs?+
A 66-day system for social self-care clubs, longevity clubs and wellness memberships. It connects the member journey from sign-up, testing and treatment to the time in the club, community events and the days in between, so results become habits and members keep coming back.
How does it work for longevity and biohacking clubs?+
Longevity and biohacking protocols only work when they are kept. The Algorithms of Life adds the inner side of the protocol: intention, identity and integration, with simple daily practices that help members follow through on what their tests and treatments show.
Can it be combined with red light therapy, infrared sauna and cold plunge?+
Yes. Guided audio is designed for the time members already spend in red light therapy, infrared sauna, contrast and recovery suites, so each session becomes a moment of reflection and behavior change, not only recovery.
What is integrated wellbeing?+
Integrated wellbeing means that physical, mental and social health are treated as one, and that what happens in the club continues in daily life. It is the move from inspiration to integration, which is what The Algorithms of Life is built for.
How does it increase member retention and revenue?+
Members who build habits around the club visit more often and stay longer. The journal, the box and guided sessions also add revenue per member, per private event and corporate wellbeing guest, and per shop customer.
Can hotels and spas use the same system?+
Yes. The same 66-day formula is used by luxury hotels and retreats to extend the guest experience from pre-arrival to 66 days beyond the stay.
Is it available for clubs in Dubai and the UAE?+
Yes. We work with clubs, hotels and retreats internationally, from Stockholm to New York, California and Turkey. For the Dubai Fitness Challenge, from 31 October to 29 November 2026, the system can be offered to members as a 30-day start of their 66 days.
Why 66 days?+
Research from University College London found that it takes an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic. The formula is built around that time frame.
How do we get started?+
Every collaboration begins with a conversation about your members, your community and the ethos of your club. Book a call and we will design the journey around your club.
