Shipping times

We do our best to process and ship orders within 3 business days after the order is placed. However, please note that processing times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Due to current US import regulations, we’re shipping all orders within 5 business day maximum. 

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

- Sweden: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- World Wide: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Actual shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost for your order during checkout before you submit your payment information.

Customs and import duties

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may be charged on their orders. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges that may occur as a result of customs inspections.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
