Returns

If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with our products, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. Register your return by emailing info@dailygarboos.com. Enter the order number for the purchase and the reason for the return in the email. Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the money for the item (not the shipping). Please note that in case of a return, the customer is always responsible for the return shipping even if the purchase was free of charge.

Returns do not apply:

- Goods with broken or broken seals/packaging/packaging

- Goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old

- Products with special conditions

Uncollected parcel

When your parcel arrives at a delivery point, a notification is sent to you via e-mail or SMS. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile phone number, address and email address you provide are correct. If you do not pick up your order within the specified time and it is returned to Daily Garboos, the customer will be charged for the cost of new shipping if the customer wants Daily Garboos to reship the package. Please note that in the case of a return, even if the parcel is returned due to being undelivered, the customer is always responsible for the cost of return shipping which is deducted when we refund the money for the item.

Complaints

If your product is faulty, email info@dailygarboos.com as soon as you discover this, within a reasonable time. Enter your order number in the email and attach a description and picture of the error. If the complaint is approved, a new product will be sent to you. As a customer, you pay nothing for the return shipping label for the cancelled item or the shipping for the new item.

Delivery time

For customers in the Nordic region, the order is normally delivered within 14 working days after we receive your order to a delivery point near you. Exceptions to the delivery time may occur depending on shipping conditions. For example, for those products on our website where suppliers are outside Europe. We reserve the right for delays as a consequence of supplier delays. 

For customers outside the Nordic region/outside Europe:

For customers outside the Nordic region who order "The Algorithms of life" or "Healing Hashimoto's", the delivery conditions for the Amazon site you order from apply. We only provide the link to the site here.
