The 66 Day Method
The Algorithms of Life is built on a simple truth: lasting change happens when identity, intention and action move in coherence.
In a world overflowing with information, we do not need to know more. We need to embody more of what we already know. To move from inspiration to integration.
This 66 day framework is designed to help you return to what matters. To gain clarity, come back to your truth, and show up for yourself each day as behaviour shifts through identity.
“We change the world by changing our inner world.”
Why 66 days
Transformation rarely fails because we lack insight. It fails because we do not stay with the work long enough for it to become natural.
Lasting behavioural change is built through consistent repetition over time. This is why both the method and the journal are designed around a 66 day framework.
This container supports consistency without intensity. It gives your nervous system time to feel safe with change and your mind time to build trust in who you are becoming.

Behaviour follows identity
Lasting transformation does not start with what you do. It starts with who you are. The method is built on identity based prompts that help you define your direction and reinforce it through repetition.
Through the power of “I am”, we align identity with desire and support the rewiring of the mind through repetition and emotional engagement.
The pillars of the method
Rooted in neuroscience, behaviour change, and ancient wisdom, the method is kept intentionally simple in order to be embodied and lived. Thoughtful design supports clarity, focus, and continuity.
The journal prompts are simple, yet profound. They are built on a small set of essential principles that work together over time.
Identity and self definition as the foundation for behavioural change.
Visualization and intentional repetition to reinforce direction.
Affirmations and the power of “I am” to align identity with desire.
Aligned action as a bridge between intention and integration.
Daily reflection as a way to bring the future into the present.
Gratitude as a catalyst for shifting state, focus, and perspective.
“In the space between my thoughts, I am.”

A refined daily structure
Every day follows a clear rhythm designed to make it doable daily, even on the days when you do not have time. A moment you want to prioritise, that feels effortless and inspiring to return to.
Four clear prompts. Three pages of daily reflection. One commitment to yourself.
It is not about checking off another task, but about checking in with yourself. About becoming who you need to be in order to create what you desire.
