Gratitude shifts both perception and your state of being. It can move you from scarcity to recognition, from lack to abundance. Five minutes each morning have the power to change what your brain focuses on each day, and therefore the trajectory of your life.

The power of aligned action

How you show up for yourself each day is about taking action with clear intention in alignment with your desires. The aligned action is the evidence of your beliefs and what takes you from knowing to embodying. It is the part of transformation and manifestation many miss out on. Creating coherence between your thoughts, feelings and actions is a crucial part of the process and where change becomes real. Setting an intention of three aligned actions each day compounds into a life that feels like yours.

At the beginning of your cycle, you set an intention. This sets the tone for your 66 days, for who you are becoming and how you want to show up. You write it on your seed paper card as if it is already true, and you plant it.

The card is embedded with thyme seeds. Thyme has been used for centuries as a symbol of courage, strength and wellbeing, qualities that grow steadily and without force. The practice of planting an intention and watering something small each day is a reminder that transformation works the same way. You do not force it to grow. You show up for it, and trust that as you water the seeds, they will eventually come into form.
